Horizon Prosthetics is closely Monitoring Coronavirus (COVID19)

We understand the urgency and sensitivity during this time, and that’s why we’re notifying you directly to let you know about recent changes to address COVID-19 and where you can find the most up-to-date information. Under these unique circumstances, we want to continue to support your needs.

Continued Support – Next Steps
Horizon Prosthetics LLC will remain open and maintain our normal business hours of M-Th 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm so we can serve our patient population and keep them moving.

We ask that patients who are showing signs of the flu, COVID-19, or other transmittable conditions please reschedule when better.  Any patients that are showing any signs of the flu, COVID-19, or other transmittable conditions during their apt will be asked to leave and reschedule. Patients will have access to hand sanitizer and hand soap at each of our facilities. Our facility will be sanitized and cleaned at the end of each day. Our facility will do our best to limit patients to their allowed time of the appointment to limit wait times.

Customer Service and Order Fulfillment
Due to the COVID-19 having a worldwide effect we currently anticipate a few disruptions in our business. We are doing our best to receive, process, and fulfill physician orders in the ordinary course of business. However, due to the mass effect of COVID-19 on our multiple geographic vendors there may be unavoidable delays.

Staying Close – What You Need to Know
As with any public health issue, Horizon Prosthetics will work with and follow all guidance and protocols issued by the CDC, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state and local public health departments regarding COVID-19. For the latest news and guidance on the virus, please visit cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov.

We’ll continue to review and monitor updates from the CDC, local and global outlets and adjust our processes accordingly.
